I am the owner of Service KC.
It is difficult enough to earn a living without pouring dollars into unneeded
or poorly done maintenance. Performing cost effective home and commercial maintenance is a unique specialty. General tradesmen are
not sensitive to the requirements you have in keeping your property maintained.
Having worked in the construction sector my entire
life, I saw the need for quality minded craftsmen. The kind that listen to your needs, make suggestions based on experience and deliver
what YOU want. Too many companies want to give you what they have to offer, we give you what you desire.
You can get your repairs done
by anybody. The only thing that differentiates us from everybody else is, well, US.

Any work not performed by me, is inspected by me before you pay. I have a crew of guys to choose from, so you will get the best quality
for your money.
